This adds two commands at the developer level.
[removetag <account> <tag>
Will remove a tag from a certain account.
[removetagfromall <tag>
Will remove a tag from all accounts.
I use these commands to clear tags placed onto an account by a quest so that the tags may be used again at a later date (holiday quests, etc.)
