- Requirements
- Recommend getting a script called 'Addon Converter 1.0' which can be searched for here in the forums. Once the Addon has been placed, the Addon Converter will allow you to convert the placed Addon back into Static Items and can then use [Freeze command to freeze into your Map Statics files.
Can be added into game world by Admin/GM, using the command
[add HouseBoatEastWestAddon and target the water location where you want it created.
Once the addon has been placed you can change it's X,Y,Z coordinates via the [props command and target any part of the Addon. This will allow you to move the Addon closer to shore if you placed it too far out in water for the gangplank to be used. To get the bottom of the piers with the animated water to appear you may need to increase the Z coordinate up 5 if you don't see it when placed.
[a2s and target the Addon you want to convert back to in-game static items. (Addon Converter 1.0 script)
[freeze and target the top left, and bottom right of the area containing static items you want removed from in-game and freeze into the Statics.mul/Staidx.mul files.
This Addon could also be used for a quest that would spawn in the addon and populate it with the needed NPCs or creatures, and removed when the quest has been completed.
