This is a modded version of uo landscaper 1.5 but it will not work as intended because landscaper raises mountains by like 28 altitude when transitioning into land tiles. You are welcome to try to slove this problem.

Everything you need is in example map and new map. Example map will compile as the altitude.xml is set up to work with the included swatch in example map.

select mountains with magic wand or brush then convert to indexed with the GREY swatch and copy the mountains in indexed mode. ctrl+z till u undo indexed mode and convert image to GREEN indexed. Then back to rgb and back to indexed with the altitude swatch in example map containing both greens greys and one water. Paste in the mountains and save as altitude map in 8 bit indexed. now save it as terrain. you should still have the mountains selected while in indexed mode. just set to indexed TERRAIN and paint rock color then select inverse and paint grass. if you have water subtract it from the selection before painting the grass then magic wand the water and paint it in with shallow or deep. save as terrain and compile... works like a charm but like i said this is pointless if landscaper is going to ruin everything with raised mountains.

you are better off using the version 1.4 and painting mountains with centred.
