What does a self repair deed do?
i need a script that adds like spell channel and stuff
So you want a deed that allow to add certain property to selective items.
I would check for samples of items that allow to be doubleclicked and ask to select equipment, then make an own class doing same but instead of the origin effect you apply the property you want. Samples are there dozen of them. POF, Repair Deeds etc etc etc..

yes i know read the code but i wanna learn by seeing how the deed works with coding to make my own
