Buff Bar

Where is all the information kept Client side to enable or disable the BuffBar and Server side? I know this is ServUO and it is fairly close to RunUO so I Was wondering what it would take or the direction i should look at to enable the Buff Bar for RunUO since it doesnt seem to work naturally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Buff bar is all client side. The server is responsible for sending the buff and buff data to the client.

So what do i need to do to get it to work on my server? Client side isnt seeing it.
