Chance of getting rare items in the latest servuo master update.

Installed the latest changes to servuo master. Should there be a 100% chance to drop statues from "Ratman Mage"?
It seems to me that in the last update, not only these creatures have changed the chance of getting rare things.

Only rarely do we tweak stuff like that and usually because the information we originally used was outdated.

In regards to this specific no idea? A lot of these "odds" are best guesses over time. As a shard owner, you can control your own drop rates.
