Change XmlData or XmlValue to aceppt 0.1 besides 1 value?

Is it possible to change the value 1 to 0.1? currently it only accepts 1 it doesnt accept decimals, have anyone made a custom attach or modified xmlspawner in order to accept decimals?

you need change variable type from int to double.
