Nope, Orion client doesn't send anything extra to indicate that. Even if it would, it's still open source and easy to modify.
What is the reason you want to disallow access for Orion clients?

You could try to implement server decryption of client encryption and change clients keys by modyfing classic client :D

But it will protect only until someone with right skills decides to extract those keys.
