The Playground is a custom server with something for everyone!!!
The playground was built for players by players. We strive to make the playground the total package for our players. We as staff are constantly coming up with new mobs, new events, and anything else we can to keep things fresh and interesting. Come join us on the playground. I don't think we will disappoint.

We run on a fully patched client. The client and hue file is provided on the website.

We have a lot of custom mobs, armor, deco and so much more. We are working hard every day to provide you with an excellent gaming experience.

UO Playground has been around a long time. The owner is very creative and appreciates the players more than any shard I've been on. It's a great place for adults and kids alike. There are always new additions and creative ideas in the works on a daily basis as well as regular live broadcasts to inform you of changes and where players and staff can voice their input and ideas for the shard. They also use Discord where 90% of the time one or more staff are around to address questions, ideas and concerns.

If you're a fan of customs this is the ideal shard for you. The Playground probably has more customs and custom pets than other shards, always works with the latest clients and is rarely down more than 5 minutes for updates.

The staff truly appreciate their players and aren't out to monopolize on the game. The shard is owned and staffed by people that love the game.

This is my own personal opinion of this shard and isn't meant to offend other shard owners, everyone gets a participation trophy.
