Who actually uses this? I wasn't able to setup my arena preferences, and need to see if there are any conflicts with the EA Arena system. I have been unable to find much documentation and have relied on looking at the code to see how it works. Do shard owners have any documentation on how this works? If not, and they aren't willing or have the know how to look at the code, how often is this an unused system?
