In this video of @Voxpire he has Zoomed out quite extensively and can even see the black out of reach on his client, I have also seen it done on Demise from some players such as in this video:

You can see the gray and it is also seemingly Zoomed out.

I am curious in how to do this, I have played with my client Options and found no way of doing it, maybe some of you can shed some light? Thanks :)
 
Both UOSteam and Razor allow changing the window size. For Razor there's a 'Force Game Size' under the 'More Options' tab and for UOSteam there's a 'Game Window' option under the 'Options' tab.
 
NVM! Scratch that last post, if anyone seen it... haha... Anyways you just can't be logged in to do it!!
 
When you are logged in and you want to make your game window size larger simply change the options in razor, uncheck the box, check the box, hit ok, go ingame and open your options and click apply.
I use to play at 1280x720, during events I'm make it 1680, 1003 aka full screen windowed.
