I dont have ideas for you but i do have advice.

Make the shard that you want to play on. Dont go chasing after what players want or you will not enjoy it. If you enjoy it, then others will also and they will come.

Dont try to measure success by the number of players but by how the players enjoy the shard. Shard owners get way too caught up in numbers.

I agree with Ravenwolfe, our player numbers are not huge but the players I have are amazing, and most have been with me for years. Go for quality over quantity.

I have played alot of diffrent ones and liked most of them but it is not just for me but also for the people that want to make Grimm's World a home away from home
