Gump Studio RunUOExporter plugin 2.0b

Speljohan submitted a new resource:

Gump Studio RunUOExporter plugin - An updated plugin for Gump Studio.

NOTE: This is an unofficial build that i created by decompiling the plugin.

As the 2.0 plugin would not export scripts properly, i took it upon myself to update it as i have no idea if the author is still around.

What it fixes is support for 1.0 and 2.0+ RunUO versions (selectable in the options menu as usual), and a bug involving Hues (running GumpStudio 1.8 R3, unsure if this was an issue in earlier versions).

If you find anything else that seemingly doesn't work, give me a shout...
