Can anyone suggest or know about any green area where I can build like my custom town, like is there a green vast area somewhere hidden that I don't know about, or I should use some tool to change map? I'm hosting server on Linux, Ubuntu.
 
You could check this area tram or fel [go 5780 2289 0 haven't tested on a player char if able to get in there :) don't think so

Your welcome :) UO has had those houses like forever! Think they were test places maybe but yes can't enter or do anything with those
 
Maybe use Pandora and design a car up on blocks in the yard and place a spawned with goats in the yards.
