House Rope Ladder - House rope ladder deed

this is a House deed that can only be placed in houses like the ladder deed that come from Heritage Token.

North facing or west facing, they can be climbed and save space in houses to reach another level of your house. Will not let you place where no area avail upstairs. Can't be placed outside a house.

I am working few items to make craftables using tinkering skill with 2 ropes, this will be part of Tinkering.cs because i am allowing 120 tinkering on my server. Will post later the distro...

If you want to make it craftable, it require Tinkering 100+, with 3 ropes... Just replace your DefTinkering.cs file by this one.

Fully tested, work perfectly.
