How to Change Max Skills Cap?

    i edit config/playercaps
    set 70000 = 7GM?
    it said also need to have a decimal value added to their skillcap
    but total skillcap not 700GM

    set 7000 = 7200
    why fix this bug?

    700.0 = 7000 = 7 gm

    in PlayerCaps.cfg

    in skills gump make sure youre looking at show real

    so why player ingame real total skillcap was 7200?

    i dont know. skill bonus items, powerscrolls,
    it was higher before and then it was changed,
    other reasons?

    but newbie player first time will 7200
    how can fix it? because i edit 7000 was total skillcap
