I've recently download this Humanoids pack and have noticed that the bullywug animations are missing frames while moving once in a while and the creature flips into another creature for a few frames and then returns to being a bullywug. Do you have a fix for that creature anim?

This is most likely caused because you have imported another animation into the same slot at one point. When you import a .vd file you have to make sure that the animation slot is in fact empty. You can try right clicking on it and click 'remove' and then try importing the .vd again. Either that, or pick an animation slot that shows up as red with a (-1) next to it, just to be sure.

Which animations I do believe I fixed this in later animation packs. They aren't named bullywugs though. I dp believe i resized them and fixed the frame problems

Yes, was imported into a Red -1 empty slot. I'll try updating it via a reimport and check out the new file you posted

Also when importing animations the bodyvalue your using make sure that in the mobtypes.txt file that the classification isnt using special animations for monsters like spell casting most animations that come from older games dont have these types of animations. should look someting like this with a 0 for animation type after the monster classification.

Also I would not use anim3.mul file to put these in for some reason that file doesn't like new vd files

yeah I haven't had luck with Anim3 for anything. Can you confirm animals can only go in Anim1 (anim)? My shard's Anim.mul is full - no open slots so I'm curious why animals don't see to import into Anim2-5 either.
 
Nope animal slot can go in any anim.mul file you just have to call them out in the mobtypes.txt file

and make sure they are in a L animation slot each anim.mul file has slots for H, L, P the p is for people and equipment
H is for High animations, monsters
L is for low animations, animals
