*Idea* List of all Additions in SA+

I think we should put together a check list of sorts that lists all the new items, mobiles, etc from Stygian Abyss +

This will make it easier for others to see what is left on the list.
Some way to indicted if something is un-worked on, being worked on, broken/bugged, and or added / fixed.

I'm not talking about mechanic changes just things like new creatures/npcs, equipment, quests, weapon abilities, etc.
