Is there a CentrED guide?

I'm new to working with CentrED. I've found a tutorial about the icons and where they are located. However, I would like to see a more extensive tutorial with tips and tricks. Is there one available? I apologize if it was something easy to locate and I just missed it.

Theres only 1 tutorial on youtube and its in german . It doesnt show a lot of things tho. Best way to learn is by practice
