I am fairly well-off and can post upfront costs of a dedicated server.
I've been involved with a project that for now is built entirely by a vision I have, and just looking for someone else to participate in the administration, management, world building, scripting and/or balancing. I can't give you the actual server information that's private, but anything you want to put forth ideas or change let's hear it.

I don't have C++ training, or any programming education, or any education for that matter. The shard doesn't have Voxpire's effect system but am open to the idea for paying you to include it in some parts of this project.
