Since this is not a bug and the SVN has the LightCannonball in the XML Siege folder and the High Seas has LighytCannonball for use in that package, one of them has to change or the cannons will have issues as I posted earlier.
I have taken the Siege LightCannonball part and coded it out for now.
I have no interest in using the Siege part, but this issue will happen to anyone running the SVN trying to fire a High Seas cannon.
