Lootable Skill Scrolls

Anyone know where to find a skill scroll script, for instance the kind that drops on monsters as loot.

No, I mean like the +1 skill scrolls that drop as loot on random monsters.

They drop in 0.1 - 1.0? Only during champ spawns?

You would need to code it.

Those are likely custom scrolls on those shards. You could use Powerscrolls or Scrolls of Transcendence as a template and create your own though. I'd suggest using PS if you're dealing with just whole numbers and SoTs for decimals. One other thing, if you're using Universal Storage keys, or something similar, SoTs are not stored correctly and can't be removed from the key, unless you have already fixed the code for the Powerscroll key that is.
