pets training and ability points

I'd like to be able to add ability points and be able to see npc stats in pets command list. What scripts do i need to add to my shard to do this. Is there a leveling and experience system available for me to use? I would hate not wanting to play on my own server because i love training pets and breeding them on other shard and want to do the same on my own server.

p.s. i should add i am not a scripter...and my last severs were a sphereserver and a runuo server back more than 10 years ago. a lot has changed and i'm totally confused....so i could really use some expert help. Thanks
