For those of you that have been using BitBucket to pull updates from. You can edit your local copy of the repo and add a new remote, which would be the git url for GitHub. You can then pull updates from the GitHub repo from the same working directory. If you need any help doing this, just start a conversation with me and I can walk you through it. Till I get a page made that details all the git processes better, as I switched to git way back when to make it easier on the end user to grab updates.

Anyways, the navigation menu will now point to the GitHub project. The repo on BitBucket will remain in place for now, but will not see any further updates. Meaning it will go offline eventually. As I'd like to give everyone a chance to switch to GitHub. GitHub will allow us to manage the project easier (for free, which is the big selling point) no matter the size of the dev team.

It will also allow ANYONE to contribute to the project, via the pull request feature offered by GitHub. To do this, you'll have to fork the ServUO project on GitHub with your own account. You will then make any changes to your forked repo on your account. Once you push changes to your repo, you can then submit a pull request on the ServUO project to basically ask us to pull your changes into the public ServUO repo. This means you guys don't have to be on the team to contribute to the project.

Big thanks to @Vorspire for his time spent in all these updates.

That's great news! I'm still learning how git works but I would really like to contribute some stuff. I still have an OSI account and have been working on making some SA things more in line with OSI standards.

The download zip is auto updated by github when updates are pushed. So yes, although I don't recommend getting the server like that.

When you say make a new craft system, do you mean they were going to update the default ones or they were making a custom one?
There are lots of custom crafting systems floating around, but as for updating the default ones Insanity mentioned it awhile back, but I don't think he's gotten around to it yet.

@tass23 He means Dougan Ironfists custom crafting overhaul. He was developing a completely new custom crafting system with in game gumps that would allow owners/admin to customize their crafting system on the fly via gumps, rather than altering code and messing with ser/deser issues.

@Xen No, that system was never completed. It was partially released in a much earlier ServUO publish, but then removed via a revert the same day. I don't think anyone has heard from Dougan since. (I haven't at least)

I have tried looking for his harvest and craft system, i could not find either. I even went through all his posts on a few forums. Then I tried looking for servuo publish. 36(? i think it was) and couldn't find that either.
