Questions about levelable/customizable weapons

so while poking around on free shards, I came across one that had level-able/customization weapons where the weapon gains XP and skill points that could be used to purchase upgrades on the weapon, adding swing speed, dmg, effects, etc.

I'm curious, is this a published script somewhere?

Is there a backup of these somewhere? I didn't find these in the runuo archive.

What about using the Level item deeds They should already be in your server.
