Scented Candle - Decorative item that gives small mana regeneration boost when burning.

This simple decorative item burns for 30 minutes and during that time emits an aroma which provides anyone within an 8 tile radius to receive a small mana regeneration boost. Must be locked down in your home to use and it has a limited number of charges.

Requires no distro edits - 100% plug and play. Makes a great gift item for the holidays or perhaps a nice gold sink item.
