Server.Mobiles.GargishWarrior startup Error

So we are bringing up a server for the first time, we have configured its port forwarding, static IP, and data path, even went as long as downloaded a fresh client from UO and patched it all the way. We keep hitting this snag on this error and when I logged back in my character was underground. It was like the tiles were on top of me.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Did you set your data path in Config folder then DataPath.cfg- you might also need to run the server as administrator

I set my Data Path.cfg, do I need to set it up on both sides? I thought I only needed to do it on the CFG side?

Double checked, server is already being ran in Admin mode, I set it through properties to make sure it runs it that way every time.

Just the datapath.cfg I haven't ever seen this before, so hopefully some one can help- I have my test center just in Program Files- never tried the x86 folder.
