Time and GiftGiving

Ho can I correct gift giving to give out the gifts at the real server time at midnight and not the 5 hour difference?
Anyway to do that , I can't think of a thing

Where does it call for the gift? Is there a date/time reference it looks for? I am unfamiliar with how the gifts work.

It just has the month date and year to give out, so at midnight out go the gifts!
This worked great because I could restart the server and know that no one was logged on because it started at the start of the day, midnight.
Now it gives out the gifts at 7pm my time.
I just need to be sure to have that noted that 7pm is now midnight for gifts.
