First off credit goes to TMSTKSBK all i did was get it to work in servuo.

TMSS 3.0 is primarily a start system for shards that wish to give new players a certain skill or stat level at start. It can also be used to give veterans (and players in general) several bonuses related to skills.

Completeley drag and drop restart server

i have a question, this system when you create any class, deactivate the rest of skills aren't selected? :S if not, it's possible modify to do it?
