Mondain's Legacy
I setup a UO Mondain's Legacy server just a week back. I had it localhost to start, and that worked fine as admin client on same computer. I want to open it up to local network so a family member can play on lan with me(not external network). But I haven't had success of client seeing my server. Here my settings.

On server:
file ServerList.cs - public static readonly string Address = "192.168.50.64";
^my ipv4 address on that machine.
port "2593"

My client from another pc on lan:
razor server matches at "192.168.50.64" port "2593"
tried updating Login.cfg - LoginServer=192.168.50.64,2593

no luck, any advice? thanks

To log in from Lan I use 127.0.0.1 for same computer and 10.0.0.1 for other computers on the network. Sometime ago the other computers on my network needed to change to 10.0.0.?? I don't know what i did to make it change or how to check which you need but this will get you in the right direction I suspect. :)

I tried 127.0.0.1 with no success. So I know my IPv4 hosting the UOserver is 192.168.50.64 so internally that should work... but thought I would try over the internet and no luck either. Found my external IP, added that ip value for file ServerList.cs - public static readonly string Address. Made sure 192.168.50.64 and port 2593 was port forwarded on router. Made sure on client I was connecting on that external ip, same port. Same error connecting :/

after starting up and everything loads you should see a list of ip's

try each one and see if they work using razor mine works with 192.168.254.65:2593 .
But remember your results may vary .
Also your router probably needs to have udp or tcp port 2593 opened for locale traffic between machines .

Thanks,
I did open udp or tcp on that port on my router.
This is what I have when server starts.

Listening: 169.254.233.184:2593
Listening: 192.168.50.64:2593
Listening: fe80::5ff6:8d97:bd1f:5aa5%15:2593
Listening: 169.254.91.160:2593
Listening: ::1:2593
Listening: 127.0.0.1:2593

I tried all of these of these ips on the client end to connect, and got the same could not connect.

Do you have a login.cfg file on your client? Mine has these values and I updated those server ips values to try...

login.cfg -
;Loginservers for Ultima Online
;Do not edit this file or patching will fail! Always save a backup.
LoginServer=192.168.50.64,2593
LoginServer=192.168.50.64,2593

It's running on windows 10. I'll see if I can re download the client. Make sure I have the classic version(not sure if mine is or not) and that should have the default login.cfg that I can just leave as is.

Got it working! thanks! So it had nothing to do with my firewall settings. But using the latest ClassicUO worked. I can now connect across the local network. Now I just need to get Razer connected to this client for my Marcos.
