Fix for Mobiles teleporting

Update for fix on all mobiles teleporting with the boat. Pets and other players on the boat will now teleport with the boat and owner.

Teleport boat owner and other players

Upon further testing on this; it was found that it would only teleport the boat and the owner. It does now teleport the boat owner and other players on the boat.

It however does not teleport pets at this time. I am working on a fix for that.
