*Fixed potential issue with swimming auto starting if on the water when you log off and have system turned off!
*Fix - Added Check for being in a structure built on water/rock!
*Added a check for Flying vs Movements : This should resolve any conflicts when player flying over water or mountains!
*Fixed - Bug where players couldn't cast while in mines!

Added New Setting : Auto Log Players, by default is off, So players will have to toggle system on!
Added - New Command : Players can now toggle system On/Off via [ToggleMove
Change the way spells are restricted, this should solve "The getting stuck" Issue when casting multiple times!
*Added toggles for the swimming and climbing, this way you can have one without the other!
*Added checks for casting, default is restricted, See settings to allow!
*Made changes to the settings and rope usage!
*Rope is used over 3 tiles not 1, you can increase this to 3 over 3 to get the old usage if desired!
*New MoveSettings.cs - Use this to adjust the movements to your needs!
*Range Checks Added, now settable
*Climbing Skill, Now Settable!
*Added check for mount, no more bringing your mounts swimming or climbing! lol


Side Note: Both Moves use Stam, Climbing uses a skill on the climbing success/fail chance. Swimming has no skill checks!
