This package allows you to craft jeweled encrusted bows and arrorw/bolts ... also includes a vendor that sells the crafting tool and Various Gemmed Dragons/Drakes.. As well as a JewelDragon that drops all Gems..arrors and bolts are able to be put in a commodity deed and are stackable.
I also created a book to learn from at a Gm level of Fletching as an Option along with Playermobile edits..for JustUo and ServUo..
