Shop Additions: Blacksmith 2018-04-24

Hey guys, messin around with world creation an wanted to do a series of npc animation tiles for certain shops. This is my first one. Blacksmith. Add him to anywhere whether it be next to an anvil or on a table. so your shops look busy and kinda fun =). Make sure you give him the animation and partial hue tag because i made it to where you can change the color of his skin depending on your preference!
