simply extract to the folder where you will store the one thousand gifs, exes, and mp3s. run the bat. add a gif with the corresponding number of the exe you want it to be associated with as well as an mp3 the same way.

unfortunately you will have to update the text file with the following to make it stop looping

opacity=0.8
timelimit=1800

edit those settings to perfect the gif and mp3. the mp3 actually cuts off with the gif so keep that in mind when making the gif and or the mp3.
