Is that plex.tv as in the media server? If so I have it at home, and on my iPhone. The only way people will be able to contribute to it would be to send you media to host on the server. If I remember did they not find that during beta testing they found the Artificial Life was too good due t the population. So saying that lesser population ie free shards would be pretty perfect for this system for your above stated reasons. If only I knew how to code it myself so I could help.
