How to change player's starting location?
Edit these 3 values under New Haven, to get your coordinates stand where you want them to login, then type [where, use the numbers that show up in your log. There are 3 instances of "New haven" in the script, change all 3, save, restart and test.. and make sure to backup your original before...- Olórin

Is there a way to fix this?
If you edit the map, you will have to distribute the new map to every player on your server. Map editing software like UO CentrED.. i think there is another, but dont remember the names.. if you have no prior experience it can be difficult.- Olórin

You could place walls and floor tiles & hue them "1" other than that, i think it requires a map edit.- Olórin

I havnt done any map changes in at least a decade, so im unsure.. but if you want the old magincia, its just makes sense you will need an old version of the map.- Olórin
