    Cloud Ship, with cargo hold & crew quarters. You will have to add a teleporter to get from the upper deck to the cargo hold. I use a teleport rope, and change the itemid to the trap door, and place it in front of the rear mast.

    Im sure it can be done :) Just not with the Region Controller, at least I have not found a way, and I have been using it for over a decade. Appreciate this post, I was wondering the same thing myself.

    I dont think you can, there is a setting to allow/disallow ethereals, not sure if that cover all mounts or not, I would be interested in learning how to add new options, like Young, Male, Female, Guilded, not Guilded ect.

    Im sure there are ways to make houses, but I have yet to try my hand at that yet, I use an addon generator to make these.. so its painless, just build it, click 2 corners and wah lah, you have a script :D

    Could you do the Ultima Cover Art paintings next? :) all these items are easy to code, but if someone is willing to do them, then go for it! :D lemme know if you need some help making quests, needs something built, or decorated! Thats what im good at, scripting is something new for me!
