Thank you very much for the fix! I will have a look at that post and use it for my next project.
When I made this, I just took the original orc brute and replaced the frames on that one. I really thought that was the way it had to be done.
It has caused some problems on our shard. We...
Orc brute v1.0
This is a custom rendered orc that can be used as a replacement or a standalone mob.
He comes in two versions; the original and a downscaled version. In this is also included a basic script for those of you who wants to have him as a companion. The companion is basically a...
Surprisingly enough, that worked. :D
Now, had I just read and understood the previous posts about the XML, you wouldn't have had to reply to me. So thanks for that!
And also thanks again for updating the program. :)
Thank you very much!
I just tried out the new version, and sadly it's still not working good for me. I can start it up, but it shows the wrong things in the animations. And it crashes a lot when picking creatures.
This is an example of how it doesn't pick the right ones:
I was really hoping to use this program, as I think it seems very useful, but unfortunately I am unable to run it. I have tried on three different PCs with no luck. Everytime I try, I get this error message:
And if I click continue, the program will just hang on 'loading'.
Sorry for the late reply, but here is the .blend file I am using now. I have included a free 3D model just so I don't re-distribute any of the Daz models.
If you plan on doing it the same way as I do, you will need to set the render scale to 400%, and then scale the renders down to 25%.
You may...
Thanks a lot!
I have a tutorial on how to do this in Blender, though it is a bit outdated, compared to how I do things now. So if you would like to have my updated .blend file, let me know and I will upload it here. :)
I know I haven't updated this in over a year, but it has been because I just never felt that the renders was as I wanted them to be. Also, when I was working on version 3, I encountered a lot of the black outlines that just didn't look good, and the only way I could remove them was manually, and...
An orc encampment including the following, all with four directions:
A cage
A meat hang
A bonfire
A rug
A palisade
Three different tents
The tents are rather large, so I am not sure if they are that useful. Also because they can't be used as buildings, as they are one item, and doesn't have a...
Thanks for the info! I will have to look into this some more. I might be able to use a similar approach even with my Blender renders.
I don’t know if you have seen it, but someone on here has made a small program that takes PNG files, and lets you easily place them on a grid, and then save them...
They look great, and fits the UO style well!
At first I thought they were from Arcanum, as the style is very similar.
I am not familiar with the game you have these from, but it looks like it is only the plants that can be used in UO, as the objects etc. doesn’t have the same perspective. It’s...
