custom vendor

Hello! I'm creating a custom vendor that I want to sell Runic Tools. I've been tweaking with the code and I'm unsure how to add it to the SB_ file for my vendor. Does someone have some advice on this topic or an example they can show me where it's been done before? Thanks,
