Can anyone tell me what this error is? I was hunting in ishnar killing paragons with my kids when that error showed up. Server didnt crash, but have no clue what it is. Thanks.

I believe it's saying you have a champ spawned in an area that's not identified as a ChampSpawnRegion,
with children is referring to mobiles/items spawned in the area that are part of the champspawn

as for how to fix it...i'll have to get back to you on that
