A script for email validation and vet rewards?

I looked through the forums a bit before posting this and maybe I missed it. I am looking for a script that has the player validate their email so their account is registered to the server and then they receive a reward for doing so. And then also a veteran system where say like after players have been registered and played for a certain amount of days they are able to pick from a list of items as a vet reward that is blessed and goes in their pack.
