Adding new doors to UOSteam

Since UOS is no longer updated, I was wondering what the best method would be to update the data folder to include newer ItemIDs for things such as doors since newer doors won't respond to the auto-open feature. Do I need to download fiddler and search for each new door or is there a simpler method?
