This is a Role Play PVP encouraged shard. Fully equipped race system with a lot of custom content. This is not OSI based and that was never the intention. For the better part of a year I've been the only one really doing this, only recently have I aquired a little assistance. So considering all, I would say this has come together nicely. To Note, during character creation, the only thing that sticks is your Name and Gender 
Initially the Anime Sword Art Online inspired me to try to integrate that same great feeling into Ultima Online, still a lot to do regarding Lore,Decoration and quest however the shard is now to a point to where it's playable and can be enjoyed as it continues it's development.
There will be no Account Purges, or Toon Wipes, everything that is provided to your toons is considered stable and safe for the shard. Restarts of the shard happen every night at 12 PM MST.
There is a forum for the shard, and a wiki is in the works. A Wiki is a must for this as there is so much that isn't OSI standard. A custom client is required for this, you CAN use an updated client however custom maps will not work, some visual feel for the shard will not make sense, I do not suggest using any other client other then the provided.
The Client.exe is configured to connect directly to the shard, razor/uosteam is optional. Instructions for UO Steam/Razor are located at OnlyOtaku.com

Also to note, I am looking for a map designer, I need something very specific as It will be created upward of about 100 facets so to speak.
Some Info on the Shard.
~ 9 Unique Races, each race has its own abilities and traits, and makes it unique. There is value to picking a race that works for what you want to use the toon for..
~ Complete customized Crafting system, using custom Ores/Woods. Boats are craftable , new HIgh Seas boats are possible, and can be painted.
~ A fully functional Level System, that has been integrated to many other parts of the shard. There will be level gates which based on level will take you to specific dungeons meeting certain challenges.
~ Gargoyles are no longer considered a race, they have been replaced with the Fairy Race, Fairy toons CAN mount creatures provided they are wearing their special robe.
~ No magic transport, all transport is done via public gates (to encourage the idea you may run into someone you know) , there are transport stones that can be used out in the wild and in dungeons. Be warned, these stones do NOT work in trap zones meant to block usage of these transport stones. The stones takes you to the major racial cities.
~ Two houses per account, a My House button is available that will instantly take you to your house, no questions asked however restrictions do exist.
~ Master Loot bag is provided to each player, be warned though this is a great tool it's not a bank. Should you die, it can be looted and taken by another player.
~ Due to the lack of a toon customization gump (there is one being worked on), each toon is provided with the items needed to make adjustments to the over all appearance.
~ Hunting Tokens , these are spawned with a low percentage on all creatures on the shard. All creatures also provide these hunting tokens when you use the Master Loot Bag to claim a monster corpse when you loot them.
~ Donation/Token Store exist at the Capitol City of Yggarsil (AKA Britain for those confused), and a fully functional casino.
~ A marriage system is being designed at this time, as the idea of sharing two accounts gold might be a better way to show good faith to your partner. Divorces will be expensive
~ A boosted XML Level system for all weapons/armor. These has been tested/adjusted to meet a balance system, it IS possible to become over powered but only if you put the time in. General stats are also boosted, as you move further through the world you will find creatures that are a bit harder to kill then you may be used too.
~ There are NO Guilds. Each race belongs to a 'Guild' that they are forced into. This promotes the idea that your own race has the chance to turn on you and kill you and you may either seek revenge or get a few people gathered for a hunting party, I'm in debate if I want to add murder counts if you kill your own race... Every race is at war with each other. PVP is highly encouraged when possible but it is not required and can be avoided. To counter this, INNS have been designated safe zones where PVP cannot exist, and so have safe zones in dungeons where PVP cannot exist.
~ On the New Tiered Levels, All cities will be designated Safe Zones, not just the inns, this is made this way to accommodate Alfheim and Aincrads feeling of Safe.
~ Many check points have been put through all the systems to ensure there are no exploits or glitches that may give a player an unfair advantage, though I'm only human I feel I killed most of them.
