scratch that. I will use it the old way. I just made it so if you are in a guild you can not join a faction but must create one after. Problem was a player joined a faction as Guild master. It only allows one character per account so it kicked a bunch of people from her guild, her fault, BUT it also kicked that TOON since it was not her oldest (a playuo bug?) made someone else guild master and left her factionless and guildless (it put her other random, older character into the faction then gave her current character she was on a message "overflown more than one character blah blah" and set a random person in the guild to guild master.
