Hello everyone, I am kinda new to servuo as I've used RunUO in the past and was use to it. How ever now that I have switched to servuo, I am having a issue with enabling AoS ruleset housing. Let me explain. I am trying to enable this without having AoS as my current expansion. I have the house placement tool and such showing up on the vendor, how ever I don't want the house deeds showing up. Just the house placement tool and the Interior Decorator. I tried searching the forums and found nothing. Any help would be greatful. Thanks!

It is the architect that is selling them. You find NPCs in 'Scripts\Mobiles\NPCs' and their inventories in 'Scripts\VendorInfo'. You will notice that a lot of the files have been move around to new locations in ServUO but have the same names as in RunUO.
