Cannot Mine/Lumberjack

so I thought it may be the client I was using and have tried numerous clients, then I decided I'd restart from fresh with a new ServUO install. No matter what I do when I click a pickaxe or axe and try to harvest it either does nothing or tells me I can't use "item" on that.

Anyone know the issue? Anyone having this issue?

Players kinda need to be able to harvest =/
