Anyone know why all of the sudden [c wont work says everyone is banned from chat?

Anyone know why all of the sudden [c wont work says everyone is banned from chat?

Im the server owner and I'm banned from chat ??

Are you using a chat system like Knives or something or the default chat system, also did it use to work or has it never worked?

Also check your Chat.cfg in the config folder.
