I was able to figure out Fragrant Seeds, Cocoa Tree plants, etc. So, now we should have a working system.
Any of the creatures that would drop Peculiar Seeds, there is around an 8 % chance that they will drop a Fragrant Seed instead, which, when planted, will give you a Cocoa Tree plant. Grow it to maturity, and it will produce more seeds and also Cocoa Pulp, which is needed for Chocolate production.
