Crystal Portal - OSI Style Crystal Portal

This is almost the same than the Crystal portal submitted by https://www.servuo.com/threads/crystal-portal-set.2339/#post-17044 by higoo but it does not require to enter a text line. Instead it use the Public Moongate gump. It lead to city banks like the one on OSI.

- Added Ocllo for Felucca instead of Buc's Den.
- Ilshenar and Tokuno lead to Moongates instead of banks.

Install: simply drop in customs folder.
